Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

The Little Barn is located on the historic Saints Way in the quiet hamlet of Kilhallon. It's split-level accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen/dining area with a double bedroom and shower room. There is a garden and patio area to enjoy, with onsite parking. An EV charger is also available. Local attractions nearby include the Eden Project, the Harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown and the Saints Way itself which is popular with walkers.
