The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Niovi Seaside Suites is a brand new 2017 luxury accommodation, consisting of 2 suites, one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Τhe suites can be booked either individually or together. The property is next to the sea. They are located at Drapania beach, 30 kilometers west of Chania, 4 kilometers East of Kissamos in the middle of the bay. The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
