One bedroom opens out to a private deck/ outdoor spa bath, with the other room opening out to an outdoor shower entertainig area. It has a woodfire that heats up the whole place in winter as well as AC unit/ceiling fans for summer days. The kitchen/lounge floor plan opens out to huge deck via bifold doors. Located 15mins walk from front and back beach.

Self contained stone studio nestled amongst tree ferns and rain forest. The Space Private and secluded and set amidst an oasis of greenery. The studio is spacious, comfortable and well equipped inside to cater for a romantic couples getaway. Guest access You have access to the entire studio and front patio. We hope you enjoy your stay here in our rustic little cottage by Balnarring Beach, we provide stand-up paddle boards and bikes and offer other activities like winery tours and tandem paragliding, parking is out the front with a manual sliding gate we have a 8 kW air-conditioner which heats and cools in Minutes… you can play some pinball listen to some Vinyl and only two minutes to popular restaurants and supermarket in town and a five minute walk to the beach.
