The farm is your neighbour and you are in the countryside with all that goes with it. Hot tub on the patio with plenty of space for barbequing. Fenced garden, safe for small children and dogs. Off road parking (2 cars max). Free WiFi.

We are excited to be offering Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool.
