The Crib is a NEW place in an old 1920 house with modern décor and amenities, easy walking distance to the famous Sponge docks, and lots of local Greek restaurants/bakeries. Local beaches are 7 minutes away and the Pinellas Trail is only two blocks from your Crib! Bikes, beach chairs, towels and beach umbrellas are available for your use at no charge Come stay with us!

Cable TV, Wi-Fi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle with a heads up), private backyard, access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. Located in the heart of downtown Dunedin in walking distance to the Pinellas Trail and Main St. Simply park your car and enjoy town on foot or rent a bike and cruise around. We are close to Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels, chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. There is also a park across the street with a nice path to stroll along the water or take in the sunset.

Our Cozy Casita is located adjacent to the main house in a quiet residential neighborhood with a separate entry and fenced in parking space for our Guests. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool area. The pool is not heated. Small kitchen with Whirlpool electric stove, microwave and mini-fridge. 40” Samsung Smart HDTV and WIFI. Located within minutes of great restaurants, craft breweries, and local museums. Lots of great outdoor activities along St. Pete’s beautiful waterfront.

Beautifully decorated with hand painted oil, acrylic paintings. Large 400 ft unit. New Updated shower2024, AC split you can control. A portion of the side yard ( as pictured ) has been fenced off for you. ONE animal allowed, this includes service or non- service. You DO need to notify me if you're bringing a Animal. No Cats. The suite is non shared and attached to the rest of the house. There are two Rental units on this property. Each on opposite sides of the house. This is Unit A.
