The property a large townhouse built in the eighteen century has been our family home for over 40 years. We welcome you to relax and enjoy the lovely views of Mount Edgcumbe country park and Plymouth boat marina. In the summer we recommend passing the time watching the glorious sunsets from your private balcony.

The cottage boasts a log burner and sunset facing balcony with fantastic views of the sea and the City of Plymouth. The interior is quirky and cosy, with lots of unique features such as a vaulted bedroom ceiling. The cottage is petite, set over 3 floors and built in the 18th century. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.

You will enter the property at the rear and will instantly see the delabole slates on our Grade 2 Listed Building. - Self check in. There are approximately 10 steps down with a handrail. Pets are welcome at a fee of £35 per stay, A photo of dog/dogs is required to confirm booking 😄. Dogs CANNOT be left alone in the apartment or use the shower.
