You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Berea cottage with the huge bonus of private parking (1 car) ! It’s in the centre of a beautiful fishing village, a stones throw from pubs, restaurants and beautiful shops around the harbour. Our refurbished and stylish home with log burner has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles (one en-suite) and one bunk bed. We welcome well behaved dogs who get their own outdoor shower! There is a further family bathroom, utility, toilet, and office.

Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway.
