It is six kilometers from the city and five kilometers from the airport. Pontikonisi as well as the sea is 500 meters away, Achillio Palace three kilometers away. At a distance of 300 meters there is a pharmacy, gas station, supermarket and bus stop. Also from the house on a route of 10 to 20 minutes are famous beaches.Car essential.

Our house is located in Perama area of Corfu, in a unique location overlooking the Ionian Sea and Pontikonisi (Mouse Island). It is a detached house with a garden by the sea, so a few steps lead directly to the beach. You can spot the airplanes as the airport is close.The city center takes a 10-minute car drive. There is a bus stop to the city and South Corfu right next to the entrance of the house. Small pets are also welcome,after consultation.

My home (49 m2) is located in the heart of the Old Town of Corfu, about 300m from Liston and Spianada. It is a perfect basis for exploring the town and the island, situated in a neighborhood called Evraiki. Almost everything you will need like super market, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. is within a walking distance. A free municipal parking, a taxi station and bus stop are very close (60-100 m).
