Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton.

Enjoy lazy mornings at Woodpeckers Cottage Silpho as you watch the sun rise over the sea from the sofa. Take your dog to the field (exclusively yours throughout your stay). Walk the footpaths through fields & forests to valleys with streams and hilltops with views. Drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. Return to the dog field for afternoon tea or a glass of wine, where a bench for two in a peaceful sun trap provides panoramic views of the setting sun.

This recently renovated annexe offers a relaxing base in a semi-rural location. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. With its intriguing glass topped well in the floor of the main living area. the Lodge offers a king size double bed (5ft width). Located between Pickering and Whitby, within the North York Moors National Park and minutes from Dalby Forest, this is the perfect spot for guests to walk, cycle and explore a beautiful part of Yorkshire. With all the amenities of a modern home and some quirky historical features, it's a special place to stay.

Set in a secluded spot, this cosy hut offers peace, nature, and stunning paddock views- just a 15 min walk to Scarborough. Stargaze whilst soaking in the outdoor bath or toast marshmallows by the fire pit. Inside, there’s a comfy double bed, log burner (starter logs included), bathroom, kitchen & seating. Off-grid but with a plumbed shower! No mains electric; solar only. A cool box is provided instead of a fridge, plus fluffy dressing gowns & towels for extra comfort.
