Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! Set in the centre of the Brecon Beacons National Park, this canal side spacious property (with en-suite) is set back from the road and offers tranquility. A great range of walks including Pen y Fan can be started from the front door. The traditional local pub (CAMRA award winner) is less than 150 metres away and serves a great variety of dishes. Laburnum Cottage, Kington: on Welsh borders

Laburnum Cottage is a modernised annexe - with a double bedroom en-suite upstairs and a large sofabed downstairs. Situated just outside Kington (at the bottom of a steep lane below Kington Golf Course) in the heart of walking country. We are close to Welsh border towns too. For walking - historic Offa’s Dyke is a few fields away. Penrhos Gin and British Cassis tours are nearby. Hay-on-Wye (book festival) is a 20-minute drive away. Train stations are: Leominster or Hereford. Walkers welcome.

A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Located very close to The Brecon Canal and theatre, 5 min level walk to Brecon town. Cwrt Nwylon is a private annex, en-suite bedroom with king size bed, lounge, dining area and kitchenette with tea, coffee making facilities, microwave . We live on site, so can help if required! we also have a small dog called Bella. The area is ideal for people who enjoy all types of county pursuits or just want to relax.
