Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Hidey Hole - Cottage in the heart of Wells

Tucked away in the very heart of the picturesque city of Wells, just moments from the High Street, Cathedral & Bishop's Palace. The Hidey Hole is a charming one bedroom cottage, accessed via a pretty central courtyard. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

‘Bertha’ is a 1947 restored Showman’s Wagon. Set in its own private garden, surrounded by secluded, beautiful, AONB countryside, situated between the villages of Cheddar and Draycott. The site is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, walkers, or those who wish to enjoy and explore the Mendips, the Somerset Levels, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and more. Ample parking, double bed, full kitchen, bathroom, c/heating, log burner, gas BBQ, fire pit, 2 x Bicycles. All in a unique private setting.

This stunning flat is set in the stables of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Henley House Annex - Rooms with a view

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Idyllic country retreat, perfect for relaxing

Garden View is a self contained idyllic country retreat, the perfect get away for all. It is situated at the bottom of the Mendip Hills, great for walking and relaxing. This has been a labour of love, transforming this unloved structure into great place to stay and unwind, with underfloor heating and a luxurious bathroom to soak and relax in at the end of the day. If you want to venture further a field we are perfectly situated to visit Bath, Glastonbury, Wells and surrounding areas.

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.
