This romantic cottage is located on Doornkraal, a farm that has been in the loving hands of five generations of our Le Roux family. Come take in the fresh air and explore our farm on foot or bicycle. Lavender Cottage is at the edge of our almond orchard with a view of the mountains from the stoep and braai-area. A king-sized bed overlooking the mountains can be made up as 2 3/4 beds, and a separate bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering guests. Air-conditioning and the nearby pool keep guests cool in summer and a wood stove provides warmth in winter.

It has now been restored into a comfortable 3 bedroomed cottage with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. During the summer you can cool off in the nearby farm dam, or go for a swim in the river at the private picnic site.
