No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. You will be spoilt for choice!

Ivesley Cottage. The cottage is a two bedroom mid terrace property sleeping 4 people. It has an open planned dining/lounge with a log effect burner for cosy nights, a well equipped fitted kitchen, separate utility, a fully fitted bathroom (over bath shower), oil central heating, double glazed windows and composite outer doors. There is car parking to the front & private drive for 2 cars at the rear of the property, a block paved yard and a large garden with patio seating area.

Ivy Cottage is a lovely two bedroom cottage on a rural farm 20 minutes drive from historic Durham. This pretty little cottage comfortably sleeps four guests and has been converted from the farm’s old tractor barn. For those wanting to holiday in larger groups we also have Cornmill Cottage and Bramble Cottage next door which sleep 6 and 3 guests respectively.
