The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. Situated next to the forest perfectly between the hills of Dartmoor and the coast of North Devon and Cornwall. Hot tub preheating available for £30 (water temperature of 32-38c is pleasant)

A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.
