This is a private upstairs living quarter, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with private entrance in rear and self check in. Located only minutes from Downtown Dallas and less than 10 minutes from the Potters House. The room has two queen size beds, desk, television w/cable and WiFi. Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. No smoking on property and no pets allowed.

This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

VERY CLOSE TO TEXAS STATE FAIR. Pool House has bright, open full kitchen & comfortable space for dining and relaxing. 10 min drive to Bishop Arts District. 15 min to downtown and Arlington. NOT A TINY HOUSE! 1 Bedroom with a king bed and a large living space with an extra king bed & shared full bath. Patio area provides comfortable area for grilling and dining by the pool.
