There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.
