The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Woodys Retreat

Woody's Retreat is a Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in its own dog friendly secure garden with stunning views of Pendle Hill. Surrounded by farmland and with footpath and bike trails easily accessible. Easy walks to local dog friendly pubs. The hut is designed with country cottage aesthetic, equipped with everything you need, with under floor heating to keep you cosy all year round. Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Stay in a cosy Shepherd Hut with panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales and the 3 Peaks too near Settle. Great for couples, hidden away on our farm, this hut has a cosy double bed, log burner and everything else you need for the perfect stay. Rural converted piggery with wood-burning stove

Cosy converted piggery, with fabulous views, fenced garden and patio overlooking the Calder Valley. Close to Hebden Bridge and Heptonstall, there are beautiful walks and cycle rides from the doorstep, which is 800m from the Pennine Bridleway. There is a wood burning stove (we provide a starter pack of logs) and well-behaved dogs are welcome. A king-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge make this the perfect venue for couples, friends or parents and child!
