"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

Cela dobro opremljena kuca i za duze boravke je vama na raspolaganju, kao i basta 2,5 ara, sa lezaljkama pokraj ruza. Priustite sebi opusteni boravak. Nedaleko od gradske vreve, a u prirodnoj oazi. U neposrednoj blizini pravoslavnog manastira Rakovica u Beogradu. Nedaleko od BIG trznog centra. Obezbedjen je besplatni parking. Radujemo se vasem dolasku. Vase zadovoljstvo je nas prioritet.

Hedonists paradise is a unique house 45min drive from/to Belgrade center, carefully organized and decorated for enjoyment, rest, food exploration and remote work. Spacious yard and garden full of organic vegetables is super healthy as well. Optionally we can provide organic eggs, fruit and other products from local community. 2min walk from Park of nature Ponjavica, river, fields and forest, beautiful scenery and sunsets. 5min walk from excellent fish restaurant. Forest Paradise-Vila sa bazenom

Forest Paradise je skladno i maštovito imanje koje svoju estetiku otkriva od samog ulaza u dvorište. Kada su u pitanju atraktivne celine objekta - izdvaja se moderni bazen sa dekorativnim platoom gde se možete opustiti. Poseduje prostranu dnevnu sobu, sa trpezarijom i kuhinjom. Postoje dve spavaće sobe, od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet, a druga krevet na sprat. Ležaj u dnevnom boravku je na razvlačenje, pa se tako može adaptirati u još jedan bračni krevet. Ukupan spavaći kapacitet je -6.

Avala Sunset Apartments – The Resident House is a private 75 m² house with two bedrooms, ideal for families or groups. Guests enjoy a private jacuzzi and a private 4x2 m pool, exclusively for Resident House guests. A large shared 8x4 m swimming pool is also available and shared with guests of Avala Sunset Apartments. The apartment is located in the center of Belgrade and it is in a lovely neighborhood surrounded with lots of café bars, fast food restaurants, cinemas, theaters and museums and old town monuments. The building is located 200m from the Parliament and 50m from bohemian quarter Skadarlija.
