This renovated cottage for two is nestled in the Lower Dales village of Kirkby Malzeard within the Nidderdale AONB. The cottage adjoins our own house and we are on site to welcome your arrival. Facilities include, ensuite double bedroom with kingsize bed, living room with log burner and a well equipped kitchen, leading out to a private courtyard. We are 6 miles from the cathedral city of Ripon, Fountains Abbey and the market town of Masham and located in a popular walking and cycling area.

Our attractive one bed cottage has an outdoor sunken patio kitchen area with charcoal BBQ and a raised decking area. A cosy home from home, with a touch of luxury! Set at the bottom of our garden, but totally self contained with parking for one vehicle. Kirkby Malzeard is a small traditional village set in the Nidderdale AONB. Perfectly placed to be your 'Gateway to the Dales', whilst also conveniently located for visits to Harrogate and York, it's your town & country location rolled into one!

18th century building in the centre of Knaresborough, private access, check-in after 1500hrs, check-out before 1100hrs. Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, UK king sized bed, wifi, 40inch smart TV. Access is at street level. 2-minute walk to the bus and railway station, situated off the market square by the castle. No private parking, 20m past property on left to park to unload as street is narrow. Car parks are very close to the property. Not suitable to host infants, children or pets.

Step outside to a private patio complete with a dining area and barbecue. Plus, we warmly welcome one well-behaved pet, so you can bring your furry friend along if you desire.

Garden Cottage is brand new spacious modern and gorgeous. Situated in the heart of Masham behind Garden House Bed and Breakfast this one bedroom cottage is the perfect base for your time in Masham. Enjoy the open plan lounge and kitchen relax in the stunning copper bath the ultimate place to chill after a lovely day. Sit in your own courtyard and enjoy a bbq. There’s two single sofa beds in the lounge ideal for children and you can bring up to two dogs. Private parking is available.

The Artist's Retreat is a true get away - if you want peace, quiet & stunning views this is for you. In beautiful Nidderdale, right on the Nidderdale Way and the Way of the Roses, with Brimham Rocks within sight. Ideal as a walking/cycling base, or just for a quiet stay away from it all. With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

A charming cottage a mile from Brimham Rocks, attached to the main farmhouse at Springhill and powered by renewable energy. With a private garden, on-site parking, and views over moor and dale, it’s perfect for couples or small families. Inside, enjoy a cosy living space with a log burner (logs provided), well-equipped kitchen, shower/wet room, and upstairs a king bedroom plus a walk-through space with twin bed (single futon chair bed and a single bed). We also allow up to 2 pets.

Daleside Cottage is one of two cottages in the converted cart shed building, set in the middle of 100 acres of farmland with spectacular views. Luxury super king/twin beds, log burner and beautiful interiors await. Enjoy walking trails direct from the door or explore the many sights of Yorkshire from this central location. One well behaved dog is welcome.

Nicely presented open plan, self contained cottage with oak beams set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. A perfect place for relaxation and ideal for your staycation. It is a good base for everyone with Harrogate, Ripon and York on the doorstep. Fountains Abbey and Brimham Rocks just a few minutes drive away. Dogs welcome.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Skipton House Annex has plenty of character, rural charm and is ideally located near the A1 in-between North York Moors and Dales. Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.
