A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Step back in time and enjoy a stay in this fabulous 16th-century listed cottage, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. situated in the peak district national park our beautiful little gatehouse is the ideal place for exploring the peaks. situated 10 mins from buxton and 15 from bakewell and surrounded by miles of fantastic walks. Our well equipped house is a great base for those seeking adventure while also being a peaceful and unique place to spend evenings snuggled up by the fire. please note this is a TV free house. we do have boardgames, bookes and WiFi tho..

The house is situated at the end of the road (dead end) so no through traffic and very quiet. Within steps of the front door you can access the footpath that’s takes you in to our wonderful countryside within a few minutes.
