Narrow lanes and pathways , once used by smugglers, lead to the picturesque working harbour, full of colourful boats.

Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

There is off road parking and there is also a small court yard to sit outside.
