Beautiful secluded riverside luxury cottage in the heart of South Devon. This cottage offers private parking, a luxury hot tub, patio and outdoor seating BBQ area, log burner, underfloor heating, wifi with sky including film + sports package. This luxury self catering cottage retains most of its character and original features with beautiful countryside views. It offers a peaceful and tranquil setting with many local places of interest, such as beaches, restaurants, moorland and coastal walks.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! Free parking included TVs: 55inch lounge + 28inch bedroom. It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Maybe just a peaceful break.There is something for everyone .

It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.
