The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.
