It is 5 minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and to Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford industrial parks and Telford International Centre. It is also a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. The cottage is directly across from Attingham Park, an 18th-century Regency mansion estate set within 200 acres of parkland managed by the National Trust.

Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.

The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
