Part of a traditional stone barn conversion located in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales, the Spinney offers space as well as the comfort of modern living. With cosy underfloor heating throughout, and everything you need for you and your furry friend, we are sure you will have a great time here! Peaceful setting, close to popular visitor attractions!

The Hideaway is an attractive cottage with wonderful views, contemporary decoration, consisting of a kitchen/living space, bedroom, shower room & west facing balcony all accessed from your private entrance with self check-in. Hidden away on the lovely wooded hillside of the Derwent Valley between Bakewell and Matlock, within 3 miles of Chatsworth House & Haddon Hall. Great for walkers, situated down a quiet lane, with fantastic walks from the front door through woodland, fields or moorland. .

The Garden Nook offers complete privacy and is located in a perfect spot for everything. Newly converted and set within 55 acres of impressive private land, gardens, and fruit orchards. A rejuvenating location to unwind and reconnect with nature in such a tranquil environment. The comfy contemporary haven with tasteful decoration, stylish furniture, and spectacular views is the perfect place to relax. Watching lambs skipping around the orchard is a delightful bonus! "Ye Old Shop"

"Ye Old Shop" 17th/19th century (Needham Cottage) has a cosy, quirky character, a simple charm or two. Stone single dwelling that used to be the village shop. Log burner in a spacious lounge - a small equipped gallery kitchen - Secret garden with views of River castle with rustic garden room. Ideally located for exploring the Peak District National Park - beautiful Derbyshire Dales. Pub 0.7 miles. Matlock 2.5 miles away with pubs, supermarket, restaurants, cafes etc. Sorry no pets or children.

Immaculate Studio - Heart of the Peak District.

New Build in the heart of the Peak District - Youlgrave, nr Bakewell. Plenty of private parking. (No pets - sorry). 200 yards from the Limestone Way. A walk in any direction is beautiful. 3 pubs within 10 mins walk all serve food. Peak feast bakery for cakes, bread, coffee, homity pies and delicious vegetarian food. A well-stocked village shop with cafe for all other needs, a licensed post office, a park and playing fields are all 5 mins walk away. Fantastic views from your 'studio' bedroom.

If you want peace and solitude with stunning sunset views in a comfy, lived-in, dog-friendly place of your own Copy Wood Cottage is your ideal location. Situated on a steep hill above the Derwent Valley, it’s a short drive or good walk to Chatsworth and Bakewell and Matlock. Nestled on the edge of Beeley Moor Copy Wood sits below woodland and is surrounded by fields grazed by sheep. A short walk down brings to Rowsley village. We now have an EV Charger for guest’s use, just contact me on cost.

You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Welcome to Lancaster Cottage, Winster - possibly the best situated cottage in the Peak District - utterly peaceful yet an easy stroll to pubs and fantastic walking trails from the doorstep. Other activities on the doorstep include shops, pubs, restaurants and fishing. Peak Village is a 5 minute walk away and Rowsley is only a 10 min drive from Matlock and Bakewell accessible by a local bus service.
