Bumblebee lodge is situated in the garden & is furnished tastefully throughout. Double bed, modern wet room, outside space including seating area, sink, hot tub & gas BBQ. Situated in a small village on the outskirts of Knutsford. There’s a fantastic pub & beautiful lake both within walking distance. Keybox allows guest to come & go as they please.

Oak Barn - Idyllic, Quiet, Rural Barn Conversion

Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Walking distance/short drive to Merrydale Manor Wedding Venue & less than 5 min drive to Colshaw Hall. Walkable to the excellent ‘The Dog’ pub. Walkable to main line train station to Manchester- Crewe.

Highfield Cottage 1888

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Northwich from this centrally located Victorian House, just walking distance to the High Street, restaurants, a cinema, bars and a Waitrose are close by. Northwich itself is well placed for trips to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. It is a little, local landmark property, sympathetically renovated with William Morris inspirations mixed with modern. With an adaptable reception room and dining room visitors have space to socialise.

The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . Peaceful cottage & garden in Cheshire village

Fieldview Cottage is a charming 100 year old cottage in Comberbach village, a lovely semi-rural location surrounded by countryside and yet well connected, 4 miles from junction 10 on the M56, 35 mins to Chester and 30 mins to Manchester airport. The local pub is a 5 mins walk and serves great food. Popular Marbury Park is close by. The village has a post office offering local essentials. The Hollies Farm shop is close by and is a great local shop to stock up on all fresh groceries.

This cosy and stylish one-bedroom suite includes a tastefully appointed living room with smart TV, fully equipped kitchenette, separate bedroom with double bed, modern bathroom, private entrance, courtyard garden, and off-street parking. Perfect for business or leisure, Winsford is centrally located in Cheshire and serves as an ideal location for accessing by car the Sandstone Ridge, Oulton Park, Whitegate Way, Delamere Forest, or one of Cheshire's many traditional English pubs.

The Loft

The Loft is an en-suite bedroom above our garage with separate access and plenty of off-street safe parking. There are no cooking facilities but there is a coffee machine, kettle and some basic supplies. Breakfast is not included but can be by arrangement. Please note that it’s a family home and so we don’t guarantee silence! Oulton Park, Blakemere Craft Centre, The Hollies and The Shire Horse Centre are all local. Access is easy to Chester, Knutsford and Manchester.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.

The Fal Narrowboat at Oakwood Marina

Our narrowboat Fal is moored at Oakwood Marina on the Trent & Mersey Canal near the village of Davenham. A very friendly community which has an on site shop and tea room which opens Thursday to Monday. Within easy reach of M6 motorway. Chester is around 30 minutes away, Knutsford is 15 minutes drive, not to mention some of Cheshires many gardens of distinction and country houses. **Winter offer for long term stays (over 28 Days) until 1st March 2026!**
