Located just a 5-minute walk from Mapperley, with it's wide-range of cafes, bars, restaurants and real-ale pubs, this delightful self-contained and completely private annex is the perfect getaway for visitors to Nottingham. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

It has fast wifi internet, a small sofa, 4k smart Samsung 40" TV swivel mounted, bar table with leather bar stools. Flexible self check in from the key safe at the main entrance.

Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.

THE BLOCK a huge New York style loft apartment in a grade 2 listed building situated in the heart of Robin Hood county next to Nottingham cathedral and Albert hall and Nottingham playhouse on the edge of the exclusive park estate and just a 5 min walk to Nottingham castle.
