Our place is perched on a hill so there are lovely views, especially of the sunsets which you can enjoy from the kitchen and deck. We have ducted heating throughout and a split system in the lounge. Treat your loved ones to a delicious meal using our fully equipped kitchen or spend the day exploring everything the Peninsula has to offer, then relax on the deck or sink into our comfy couches at the end of the day. Our sweet caravan Picolina will charm adults and kids alike. You are welcome to play and hang out in our 1970’s bondwood van.

Rye is a seaside resort town, approximately 95 km south of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, on the Mornington Peninsula. Its bay beach is popular with swimmers, fishermen, yachtsmen, and kite-surfers. Its ocean beach (which is not patrolled) is also popular with surfers and surf fisherman. The property has recently been fully renovated which has retained the unique coastal charm of the original dwelling.
