Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.
