Brecombe Barn is a self catering comfy two bedroom, Cornish stone barn, tucked away in a rural and quiet location close to the market town of St. Austell. Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

Cottage overlooking the 17th green of Porthpean Golf Course with superb views across the great sweep of St Austell Bay, Golf on your doorstep. Porthpean Beach, just a 5 mins walk downhill is sandy and sheltered and is a safe place to swim, paddle, explore rock pools or watch the nesting birds on the cliff. The property occupies an unrivalled location offering peace and tranquillity whilst remaining within easy reach of Charlestown and St Austell, with bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft is a cosy converted stone barn, ideally suitable for 2-4 guests. The property is centrally heated and fully equipped for use all year round. Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Mulvra Lodge

Visit Cornwall’s beautiful south coast. Come and stay in a converted granite barn with wonderful views of the Cornish countryside. Mulvra Stables Lodge is situated in the lovely Pentewan valley between St Austell and Mevagissey. The closest beach is 2 miles away with the Eden Project, Charlestown harbour, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and Mevagissey all within 5 miles. Newquay and the north coast are only a 40 minute drive, dependant on traffic.
