Cartlodge inspired accommodation

The Forge is set in the countryside of Tendring, a 6 minute journey by car to the beach Clacton On Sea. We have always been inspired by Tiny houses so we created our own compact bijou, a warm open space building that can sustain a 2 meter foot print set in the grounds of our country cottage. The accommodation is finished to a high standard and is completely new inside & out with light soft furnishings and a contemporary floral design bed linen to help you relax and enjoy a good night's sleep.

Unique getaway in stunning riverside setting

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

The Shed

The Shed has everything you need, a spacious fitted kitchen, a large screen T.V (WIFI} with a comfortable lounge area, two spacious bedrooms, 2 single beds in each room, wardrobes and dressing table. One shower room. A beautiful veranda, overlooking Weeley Woods. You can explore the Essex coastline, discover the beautiful countryside, beaches, golf courses or fishing lakes. The Shed is also close by to the popular wedding venue Villiers Barn. So come and relax and enjoy the beautiful Sunsets.

Enjoy a break in our newly refurbished 2 bedroomed Mid Terraced house within a 1 minute walk to our Martello Bay beach in Clacton. Our house is in walking distance to Clacton town for restaurants/cafes/pubs and Pier. 30 mins drive from Colchester & Harwich Ferry Port. The house has 1 DB bedroom, 1 bedroom with adult size bunk beds, kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room with a 55" TV and free Wifi. Fully Electric. Private parking. Rear access with fenced garden, shed & patio table/chairs.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Built in 1830s, this newly renovated cottage is nestled in the heart of St Osyth. Easy self check in via digital code to enter the property. There is also a Ring doorbell for security. The cottage is situated around a 2 minute walk from the quaint St Osyth high street. 12 minute walk from Curve Water Sports - Aqua Park, Wakeboarding, Kayaking and Paddleboarding centre. 6 minute drive from St Osyth Beach holiday park. 13 minute drive to Clacton Pier.

The Former Exchange is a quirky bungalow tucked away in the heart of St Osyth village. Ideal for a couple or a small family, comprising a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with single bed and a small family bathroom. My place is close to Colne Point Nature reserve one mile walk with lots of bird life, great views over the river Colne and Blackwater the best sunsets, You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space, walks wild life wide open country side marshes seascapes ideal for bird watching.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers & very cosy.
