You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. For those traveling with cats, please inquire before booking.

Studio apartment is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood within 4 miles of Salisbury University & Downtown! Off street parking at entrance patio & a flight of stairs leads up to the apartment, which includes a queen size bed, full kitchen with full size refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, full size washer and dryer. Bathroom includes shower, toilet and vanity, perfect for a week or weekend stay! We are located near Ocean City, Maryland, Assateague National Seashore.

Farmhouse located just minutes off of Route 13 in Princess Anne, MD. Enjoy a peaceful farm experience while staying in a charming farmhouse with lots of character. You can walk the grounds of the farm, including a trail through the woods, or take a swim in the pool. We do not offer horseback riding lessons but you can interact with the horses. We are minutes to shopping, groceries, restaurants, UMES, and a short ride to Chincoteague (32 miles) and Ocean City (40 miles).

Distance to Ocean City and Assateague is about 20-30 minutes. The scenic route to Assateague will take you through Berlin, MD. A beautiful town with lots of restaurants and shopping. The second bedroom is off of the main bedroom, has privacy. We have WiFi! Pets are not allowed

The Berlin Boho Bungalow is the dream home of a family of artists—a mother and daughter team, a contractor husband, and adult grandkids. Set on 1.5 acres in historic Berlin, MD. There are two units in the house. This is the downstairs guest house. We invite you to start family traditions here and return year after year. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit or relaxing on spacious deck overlooking creek. Quiet and peaceful. Fully equipped kitchen, Queen bed, bathroom, pull out queen sofa bed with privacy wall to make 2rd bedroom. Close to beaches and town.
