Your own space/ no shared rooms, easy access ground floor and convenient location. This unique place has a fresh style all its own. Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. The first room, (now bedroom) was the control room with recording equipment and the second room (now tub room) was where the musicians played. Welcome pets for a fee if $35/per pet -per night.

Our three smaller rooms feature queen beds and private bathrooms, while the three larger ones have two queens or a queen and trundle and small kitchenettes. Our Fish Board Studio is a charming private space in our courtyard with our signature dutch door, small kitchen, and accommodations for two (2) adults on a King Bed and one (1) adult or two (2) children on a twin sized futon. It’s perfect for both short and longer stays, and gives you a tranquil space to unwind and relax. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make this space feel bright and airy.

One single capsule bed inside a four bed male shared dormitory room. Each bed is in a private capsule with pull down privacy blind, built-in lighting, fan, charging station, and reading light. Shared restrooms and showers located down the hall. Mini-fridge, sink, and medium size locker contained inside room. Linens and towels provided, as well as daily tidy up service and disinfecting of surfaces.
