The proximity to world-class beaches and attractions like Lido Beach, Siesta Key, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, and Sarasota Jungle Gardens is definitely a plus. Large driveway is a nice touch for those who want to bring their own boat or RV. The oversized heated salt water pool and new six person hot tub are wonderful to unwind and enjoy some relaxation time.
