Snowdrop Cottage is a luxurious 5★ retreat nestled in the picturesque village of Welburn, surrounded by the breathtaking Howardian Hills, just minutes from the iconic Castle Howard, the city of York and the Yorkshire coastline. The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

The Granary-luxury barn conversion-Adults only

Unwind in our stunning 3 bed barn conversion with its high beamed ceilings and bright and airy open plan living space, all fitted out to a high standard. The property is situated on our working farm in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, 2 miles from Malton. A perfect base for biking , walking or visiting the North Yorkshire moors , East coast or York. There are lots of local village pubs within 2.5 miles of us where you can go for a drink or meal or even visit the food capital of Malton

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.

We are proud to list our second property, 'The Nest’. A brick built detached cottage with rustic modern farmhouse design a comfortable home from home experience, ideal for romantic getaways. Our luxury accommodation features cosy open plan lounge/dining area with feature brick walls with French doors leading to a private walled patio area with luxury state of the art 6-seater hot tub for your sole use, fully fitted kitchen, luxurious bathroom, elegant, panelled bedroom with king sized bed.

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. Self cater, arrange meals provided by your host (a professional chef), or try one of the many eateries in town. Shops nearby. Your own private bathroom is situated a few yards away in the main house. You also can enjoy our beautiful garden, lily pond and friendly cat, Nina. Your hosts are always on hand to ensure a comfortable and nourishing experience.

Morgan Cottage - Env Friendly - Private Hot Tub

Morgan Cottage along with Hot Tub is well equipped and luxuriously furnished with antiques and paintings. The cottage stands in the grounds of the country house & benefits from beautiful views in a peaceful village location, ideally located for Malton, York & surrounding areas. It sleeps up to 6 humans (2 bedrooms, with a sofabed in the living area), this cottage has everything you need for a memorable experience. To the side is Jenson Cottage that can sleep upto 5 human beings.

Three hundred year old sandstone, exposed timber beams, and the kind of warmth that comes from old walls, open fires and underfloor heating. Yew Tree Cottage @ Kingfisher and Yew sits opposite a dog-friendly village pub. Take long walks from the front door. Light the wood-fired hot tub in the walled garden and toast your toes by the fire. This Grade II listed cottage is seven minutes from the market town of Malton. Featured in Living North's top self catering retreats.

Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Stunning rural shepherds hut

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Cosy barn in North Yorkshire near York & Coast

Set in the countryside within easy reach for pretty towns, the coast, York and various attractions, you will find "The Byre". This self-contained, barn with traditional beams, underfloor heating, and special touches, offers a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring. Your stay is made that little extra special...you can put your feet up with a Nespresso coffee, a boxset on Netflix or music on the Bose. Or now enjoy the sun in theprivate garden.

Middlefield Cottage, Westow with Hot Tub

Middlefield Cottage by Yorkshire Escapes is a newly decorated one bedroom cottage, with hot tub. Located just outside Westow Village, close to Malton and York, in the grounds of Middlefield House. The cottage has a new Kitchen with view over the fields, a charming bedroom and a Sitting Room with French doors leading out to the garden with hot tub, seating and bbq and gym.
