It is cosy with a wood burner, uses high quality materials throughout, curated with love and care. Surrounded by beautiful gardens to explore, where you can dine al fresco or just sit and watch the wildlife and the ever changing views. It's 12 minutes walk to Kendal's many independent shops and restaurants, and 5 minutes to our local pub, the 'Riflemans Arms'.

A traditional barn, set on the slopes of Whernside, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, this truly is a secluded spot. Located at the end of a narrow track, it is surrounded by woodland, fields and two streams. Old Spout Barn has been renovated into a luxury two bedroomed Holiday Cottage with a multi fuel burner, picture window to capture the breath-taking views of the Howgill Fells and a bespoke well equipped kitchen. The living area is open plan with T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom and Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles and a Patio for you to enjoy the stunning views.

When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.
