The Annex

Newly fitted out separate self contained annexe in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Downstairs is a well equipped modern kitchen. Upstairs is a large studio-style space which is light and airy, with a separate shower room. There is a king size bed, also a sofa bed which would sleep another adult or two children. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot available if required. Parking on drive. Also plenty of space for bikes. In a lovely village with good amenities and country walks.

A comfortable and very generous 734 sq ft suite of rooms. Close to the Al (Boundary Mill, Arena UK exit) making it perfect for breaking a long journey whilst also being equipped for mini breaks and holidays. Semi-rural setting on the edge of a village. Private off-road parking with your own access point to the rooms via our adjacent field. Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Close to the Vale of Belvoir with its miles of foot/cycle paths and Belvoir Castle with it shopping complex and a number of places to eat. Enjoy the local towns and their enthralling history, from the Romans through the Vikings and the civil war to WW2 bomber history. Being 1.5 miles from the A1 makes it an easy area to find and enjoy.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. The property is situated within the owners grounds. It has a studio apartment style with classic country charm. It looks out onto its own patio in a shared garden. Suitable for a night's stop over or a few days away. We also offer access to an indoor heated swimming pool which is adjacent to the main house. A spacious double bedroom with an upstairs which with a small pull out bed can sleep 1. The sitting room also having a double sofa bed, means that this property can sleep up to 5 (max).
