We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Dartmoor Den perfect location for Moor exploring

Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The Chapel at The Oratory has been completely refurbished to enhance its heritage - original features! We are close to local pubs offering delicious lunch/dinner, and the Fox Tor Cafe which cannot be beaten for it's breakfasts. You’ll love The Chapel because of it's privacy and space, and because it's situated in of some of the most beautiful, atmospheric and dramatic landscapes. April Cottage is located in Milton Combe (meaning 'middle valley') a quiet Devonian village dating back to 1249. An idyllic rural bolthole within a wooded valley located close to the Devon and Cornwall border, ideally situated to explore the whole of the Westcountry. 2 miles from Yelverton (local shops) and 8 miles from Plymouth. The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.

A little unique gem full of character to enjoy

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

Forget your worries in this spacious but cosy cottage. Next to the owners' farmhouse, the accommodation is of an excellent standard with fabulous views of the paddock and the dramatic hills of Dartmoor beyond. Close to the open moor you can enjoy excellent walks or cycle rides in the surrounding countryside where the idyllic rural scenes of War Horse were filmed. The local town, Yelverton, is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and more!
