Studio Annexe on the Edge of the Peak District

A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

Peak view

Peak view is our cosy house located on the edge of the Peak District in the village of Tibshelf in a great central location for anyone wanting days out to Matlock bath, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Sherwood Forest or walks to nearby Hardwick hall. Peak view is a spacious 2 double bed home with a large open plan living area for relaxing after a busy day, also has a private outdoor area to relax. PLEASE NOTE, peak view is not suitable for guests with work vans unfortunately due to parking restrictions.

Holly Cottage a great place for a country break

Holly Cottage is a stylish contemporary barn conversion combining cottage charm with spacious accommodation and excellent modern facilities in a lovely rural setting. Set in the grounds of a small farm and private stables with lovely views of the of the surrounding countryside. Ideally situated for exploring the Peak District and local area. Holly Cottage offers a spacious modern Kitchen diner, a cosy sitting room with TV also two good size double bedrooms, modern bathroom and outside space.

Highfield House - Rural Retreat Derbyshire

We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. EV charger available payable to owners please.

This property has its own private entrance and includes off road parking. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district

The Conkers is in the picturesque Hamlet of Moorwood Moor on of the edge of the Peak District. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax. The Annexe to Belle Vue House was built for Servants to the main house in 1823. The grade 2 listed building commands an elevated position overlooking Matlock Bath. The property has been lovingly updated to keep period features while providing modern living. The property is accessible via a flight of stone stairs from the lower drive way. Due to the period nature and historic listing road side parking is necessary.
