Paul's place

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Depot 57, cosy oud en nieuw Centrum Tongeren

"De Dépôt" ligt binnen de ring van de stad op 300m van de markt. De master bedroom is op de 2de verdieping . Er staat een dubbele boxspring (+kinderbed). Thee en koffie zijn in de minikeuken. Er is een dubbele lavabo, een inloopdouche en een toilet. De zitruimte met Tv is op de eerste verdieping. Daar bevindt zich ook de tweede slaapkamer die standaard ter beschikking is vanaf een derde gast. Hievoor worden wel extra kosten in rekening gebracht bij boeking voor twee personen (aanvragen).

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Verderop in deze gang bevindt zich de badkamer die uitsluitend bestemd is voor de gasten van vakantiestudio. Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Appartement( volledig gerenoveerd) beste ligging 1

Beste ligging in het centrum van de stad. Aan de binnenkant van de kleine ring en toch rustig gelegen aan het Leopold parkje. 50m van de Century de place to be met zijn grote ( verwarmd) terrassen. Het appartement ligt op 6 minuten wandelen van het station. Grote markt is slechts 1 minuut stappen door de Koning Albert straat. ( de shopping straat) We bieden gratis fitness dagpas aan bij I fitness in de TT wijk op 5 min wandelen.

Excellent for short/long walks&for cycling. Historic castle of Horst nearby. Close to Leuven&Brussels. Bars&restaurants in Leuven, Aarschot & in neighboring villages. Please note that we do not accept reservations for more than one guest for only 1 night

Calme et silence...En pleine campagne,au bout d'un chemin en cul-de-sac, petite chambre d'hôte cosy et confortable,entrée privée,dans un environnement où les seuls bruits sont les chants des oiseaux et le vent dans les arbres. La chambre est vraiment cosy, douche à l'italienne,WC et kitchenette, le tout entièrement privé. (surface complète=25 m²). Piscine privée à partager avec nous en saison.
