Russet is one of 2 petit stables, on our Grade 2 farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Elstar, with off street gated parking. Russet overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Located just outside the picturesque market town of Chipping Sodbury, we are also perfectly positioned for Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cirencester, walks in the Cotswolds and the world famous Badminton and Gatcombe Horse Trials. Welcome to our home! As a part-time and much-loved lived-in home, it's fully equipped with everything you need, is clean, and situated in a nice quiet street, enabling you to enjoy a peaceful visit. We'll include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels. Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath. Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

The Barn is a 2 bedroom conversion in the picturesque Cotswold village of Leighterton,Tetbury with a rustic feel and a new spa room. The barn has two large bedrooms both with wet room en-suites, and one with a free standing bath. The Hay Trailer, St Catherine Stays, Bath.

The Hay Trailer is a hand crafted wooden cabin built on a reclaimed hay trailer. It is a cosy, light and homely space situated in the sought after destination of St Catherine's, an area of outstanding natural beauty, unspoilt and private. Guests have exclusive use of a private hot tub at an extra cost. See the details below. There is a pet fee of £20 for each pet. There is possible pool access for extra cost in summer months. The Cow Shed, luxury Cotswold accommodation.

The Cow Shed, was used by our family for bedding down the dairy cows for generations before us. Shepherds hut - Gertie

GERTIE - Gertie is our beautiful home built traditional shepherds hut and is ready and waiting for guests. She sleeps 2 people in a small double sized bed. Fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner and enjoy the wood fired hot tub which has become a popular addition.

The Bristol Coach House in the heart of Bishopston

The Bristol Coach house was reputedly the stables the local Bishopston milkman kept his horse and cart in the early part of the 19th Century. It has now been refurbished as a cosy Hygge space sitting at the end of a town house garden in bustling Bishopston, with its own entrance.
