The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

This Red Roof Bungalow has recently been renovated throughout, it sits on a quiet road just outside the village. It has a large front garden, and fully enclosed back garden which is ideal for dogs and children. There is also a gravelled parking area with plenty of space for vehicles. It’s a straightforward, comfortable place close to the countryside and local amenities. Our accommodation offers relaxing, contemporary elegance within a traditional setting, overlooking extensive beautiful gardens. Ample off-road parking, a private entrance, full cooking facilities or a short stroll to the local pub. A quiet and comfortable haven, ideally placed a couple of miles from Magna Park, M1 or M6; ideal for holiday or work related stays in the area. The Barn is a not visible from the road which is particularly useful if you have a concern about vehicle security.

The Stable House, Park House 4 bedrooms

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Take time away from towns and city’s and enjoy real country side living. From your kitchen window you will catch glimpses of the fabulous horses bred and trained on site. It’s time to relax. The nearest town is the beautiful market town of Market Harborough which has restaurants and shops galore.
