Με απόσταση 3χμ από το κέντρο του νησιού και 2xμ από τη νότια πλευρά του, το Παλιό Λιμάνι με τα εστιατόρια και τη νυχτερινή ζωή, καθιστά τα διαμερίσματα Κουζουνός ιδανική τοποθεσία για να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Με θέα την παραλία Κουζουνός με τα σμαραγδένια νερά μόλις 40μέτρα άμεσα προσβάσιμη με τα πόδια. Αναπνεύστε.. Σπέτσες!

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

The closest beach and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk, however, as the property is located on a hill above the town, (with the last part being a short, steep climb), some may want to rent a motorbike.
