The Boiling House, Beckside

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Bay Tree Cottage is located in a peaceful location a stones throw away from the beach and the Cod & Lobster with the other village amenities only a short stroll away. The spacious cottage has been fully renovated throughout to a high standard. It features a wood burning stove, a great outside area and the sea views from the master bedroom are breathtaking. It is suitable for couples & families alike, ideal for both relaxing or a more energetic break, for example walking the Cleveland Way.

Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!

With the Cleveland Way just a stones throw away Storm Cottage is perfect for walkers, explorers and those wanting to enjoy the beautiful, rugged north-east coast. Storm Cottage is dog friendly and child friendly, making it a perfect hideaway to make those everlasting family memories.

Built 1710 this former fully restored fisherman’s cottage, has the benefit of rear door access to our owned grass area ( the 3 adjoining “ second home” cottages have the right of access)overlooking the Bay, with our own picnic bench.Coal (supplied)and log stove with gas central heating ( Nest system). This a family and pet friendly home and is located within 2 miles of the seaside town of Saltburn, and a 4 mile drive to the North Yorkshire Moors. Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.
