'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Gorgeous BBQ grill hut with double bed, in and outdoor seating area, and grill entertainment area set in a wooded area on our family small holding and small glamping site. Private toilet, shower and utility sink block with hot water. (Bed sheets and kitchen/hand towels provided- *******please bring own shower towels) We have alpacas, sheep and chickens and guests are welcome to help feed them.
