The cottage has ease of access to the absolute best of everything highland Perthshire has to offer. Fishing from the bottom of the garden (permit required), golf nearby and an abundance of beautiful walks right from our doorstep. It is really is a gem of a place!

Very well equipped & an ideal base for rest & activities. Just a few mins walk to Castle Menzies, the Ailean Chraggan bar restaurant, fantastic walks, River Tay, forest tracks etc. 2 min drive/easy 20 min walk to Aberfeldy for shops, fuel, cafes, food. 5-star, helpful (but v unobtrusive) host!

This renovated old gardener's cottage sits within the grounds of a Victorian house and commands beautiful hillside views from an enviable elevated position. The cottage consists of an open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and the other with a zip and link king size bed which can be separated into two small beds (2x2'6"x6'3") and en-suite shower room. Little Redgate is surrounded by nature and our garden has an abundance of it. Red Squirrels and a great variety of birds are constant visitors. We overlook the River Tay and because we have little light pollution we have great stars at night. Little Redgate is light, cosy and comfortable and you can do plenty or very little from here. We are in a great location for sporting activities or seeing the rest of Scotland - or maybe you'll choose to chill, relax and enjoy the space and scenery.
