The Orchard studio apartment offers spacious accommodation; own entrance hall, shower/bathroom, kitchenette including, air fryer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, sink. We are located in the quiet historic village of Landbeach, situated about 4 miles north of Cambridge Center and 2 miles from the Cambridge Science Park. Landbeach offers excellent links to the M11, A14 (A1) and the A10.

The Millers Cottage

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Millers cottage is part of a 18th century traditional windmill and sits in 30 acres. Close to Cambridge, Ely, Newmarket and Bury St Edmonds, the mill generates its own electricity and produces its own water and the heating is produced from the ground, so this unique quiet getaway should appeal to guests who also care about the planet. There is a hot tub here to enjoy all year around, koi pond, BBQ and relaxing decking in its own private garden.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

Cosy self contained lodge nestled in a secluded paddock in a quiet part of the Village. Over looking open fields, surrounded by lovely walks adjoining the village cricket green. Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

A peaceful, self-contained annex in the charming village of Swaffham Prior. Beautifully refurbished with a double bedroom and walk-in wardrobe, lounge with a small sofa-bed (just over a single size I would say), small food preparation area with microwave and fridge/freezer, and a modern bathroom with shower over bath. The Stables have been newly converted, sat within the grounds of our beautiful farm. The stables are located on the edge of the village of Burwell, with a range of village amenities, including 4 country pubs within walking distance. Be sure to explore the stunning National Trust Wicken Fen nature reserve, which is on your doorstep. Burwell is perfectly located between Newmarket and Cambridge, with both being only a short drive away.
