lovely one bedroom self contained apartment in the owners house. The apartment has its own private self contained entrance through the owners garden. It is spacious, fully fitted kitchen, microwave, air fryer and well stocked with crockery and utensils. It has a utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a double bedroom, shower room and a lounge area with TV and Wi-Fi. Parking is available. There is a small patio are that can be used in the summer overlooking the main garden.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Stay in a fully self-contained wing of our beautiful historic Grade 2 listed family home dating back to 1616 and mentioned in Pevsner’s Guide. Arranged over 2 floors and with a separate entrance, you have your own kitchen and living room with space for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms in a quiet Northamptonshire village. There is private parking and we are perfectly positioned with excellent transport links via the A14, M1 and M6 for you to head out to enjoy the lovely countryside around us.

Characterful garden cottage

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.
