There is a full size desk that lowers and raises along with a nice quality office chair with 3 adjustment bars.

Centrally located basement suite with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a large bathroom. Our location is not recommended for guests who want to be close to downtown Vancouver, or are looking for proximity to Vancouver proper. We are 45 min via car from downtown Vancouver, 45 min drive from YVR Vancouver International Airport. We do not accept any 3rd party bookings. If you are not staying here, you cannot book for someone else.

Burnaby Mountain Gem 1

Guest suite is located on the lower floor with its own private entrance at the rear of the home. The space is bright and spacious with windows and is self contained with 1 bedroom, kitchen, living area and bathroom. The Airbnb host lives upstairs in the home but their area is completely separate from the guest area. My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife and Skytrain.

Cozy, modern and private basement suite - Great for an individual, couple, or family with a child. Located in the historic and trendy neighbourhood of Maillardville, the house/suite was newly built in 2019. This suite is perfect for travelers with great access to transit and many amenities in the area including RCH, Hard Rock Casino, Cineplex movie theatres, parks and various restaurants and grocery stores.
