Η Μεζονέτα βρίσκεται στο Πανόραμα Θεσσαλονίκης (οικισμός Μακεδονία). Διαθέτει δική της αυτόνομη αυλή με πισίνα. Το συνολικό εμβαδό της Μεζονέτας είναι 250 τ.μ. Η Μεζονέτα διαθέτει πέντε ανεξάρτητα υπνοδωμάτια σαλόνι δύο τραπεζαρίες μία στο σαλόνι και μία δίπλα στην κουζίνα, τζάκι , δύο μπάνια, ένα WC και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.
